Industrial Farense.
Production of Carob Gum and Germ
Industrial Farense was born in November 1944, in the city of Faro, at the hands of its founder, Vítor Neves.
With the market demand for locust bean derivatives, Industrial Farense then adapted its production to transform the seed of this fruit into two of its derivatives – Goma and Gérmen.
Industrial Farense, with more than 75 years in the market, is one of the great world references in the production of Carob Gum and Germ.
