Lisbon’s World Trade Centre will open in 2022. It is a 25.000m2 office complex in which were invested 120 million euros, in Carnaxide.
The company responsible for the investment is Foz Vintage, builder and developer specialists, who invested 120 million euros in the new business and office centre in Carnaxide.
Besides the 25.000m2 office complex, Lisbon’s World Trade Centre will feature a complex f 4.000m2 commercial space and 127-room hotel. This complex is the first of its kind in Lisbon, and it fosters trade and investment opportunities for commercial property developers, economic development agencies and international companies looking to connect globally and thrive locally.
