Portuguese technology company Reatia closes an investment round of 1 million euros and plans to expand to Europe.
Reatia is a Portuguese platform that uses artificial intelligence and neurolinguistic programming to aggregate information about the properties available on the market. The project is attracting international attention.
The company just closed a one million euro investment round led by Olisipo Way, Portugal Ventures and Wisenext. The investment will allow the consolidation of its operations in Portugal, as well as an expansion to other European markets.
Through this platform, real estate agents can have access to metrics and information updated daily about the property market.
Since January 2020, Reatia has grown by more than 500% in the number of users, including agents of major brands of real estate agencies and family businesses in the industry.
« We know that we have a unique knowledge of the market and we know how to treat data with artificial intelligence, hence the great growth we have had since our launch,” explains Hugo Venâncio, founder and CEO of Reatia.
During the confinement period, the company took advantage of the large flow of new users and continued to develop new tools, such as the Property Valuation Pro, which allows simulations of real estate valuation.
Reatia received its first investment still in 2018 for the development of its technology and asserts itself as a financially sustainable company since its first year of activity.
