Constructel Visabeira is the name of the Portuguese company in which American Goldman Sachs invests 200 million euros.

The Portuguese company Visabeira says that the agreement with the international investor will help the group in the next phase of organic growth.

Constructel Visabeira is the subsidiary of the Visabeira group that has signed an investment agreement of 200 million euros from Goldman Sachs Asset Management, in exchange for a minority stake. The company provides services in the telecommunications and energy sectors

“The resources from the investment will be predominantly used to accelerate organic and inorganic growth, through acquisitions, supporting the company’s expansion strategy” stated Constructel Visabeira.

Nuno Terras Marques, CEO of Constructel Visabeira and the Visabeira group, stresses that Goldman Sachs “quickly became the ideal partner: alignment with the strategic goals, the breadth of its international platform and his experience in the sector will enable us to realize our full potential.”
