In February 2018, the Lagos Avenida Hotel from the Sonel Hotels group was born.

The Lagos Avenida Hotel is located on the main avenue of Lagos, overlooking the Marina and the beach. The four-star unit has 46 rooms, a swimming pool located on the idyllic rooftop, and the Avenida restaurant, which in its short life has already won the Michelin Bib Gourmand award.

The space was built in just eight and a half months and is the result of the rehabilitation of an old building, Messe dos Militares de Lagos.
